TREATMENT AND FINANCIAL AGREEMENT TERMS, CONDITIONS, DISCLAIMERS AND REFUND POLICY (EFFECTIVE 1/1/2020)
Services and treatments are available by appointment only. A non refundable deposit of $50 -$100 is required in order to secure a time on our schedule for most treatments; this deposit goes towards your treatment price. Late cancellation and no show fees apply for all appointments (please see below). If you are running late, as a courtesy, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you without disrupting other clients appointments.
Follow up appointments are made in the best interest of the patient and the office. Should you state that you do not want a follow up appointment, we leave the patient responsible in informing our office should any concerns or complications arise.
Akeso Aesthetics and wellness has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us a 48 hour notice so we can make the time available for other clients. There are no exceptions. We accept notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments via phone, text or voicemail. Please note: our system will automatically text you 48 hours before your appointment in order to provide you with ample time to either reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in a loss of deposit.
